Step 2
Account Setup & Documents
Use the secure email link to create or complete account setup, then sign in and upload your required pilot documents.
Step 3
Insurance & Review
Complete the insurance steps and review the operating rules and rental documents required before approval.
Step 4
Checkout Flight & Scheduling
Coordinate the checkout flight with the Chief CFI, then approved renters are set up on FlightCircle.com for scheduling access.
